The screening process

01 — Application review by the mentorship team.
02 — Interview and reference checks.
03 — Verification and safeguarding clearance.
04 — Orientation, then placement within a programme.

Mentors work with young people. Screening, verification and safeguarding clearance are mandatory, and no placement is confirmed until that process is complete.
